Payment Authorisation
When placing an order, your payment method may place a temporary authorisation hold to verify available funds. This hold typically clears within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Orders will not ship until full payment has been successfully processed.
Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and, where required by law, are inclusive of UK VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees. These charges are not issued by Folliv.
VAT & Import Charges
For orders sold to UK customers, VAT is charged at checkout and included in the price you pay you will not be charged additional VAT on delivery for standard orders.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities on delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Billing Information Accuracy
To prevent delays or order cancellations, please ensure all billing details match your bank's records. If discrepancies are detected, your order may be automatically declined by the payment processor.
Fraud Prevention

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:

Orders are not held or reserved if payment is unsuccessful.
Subscription / Auto-Renewal Payments
For subscription plans, your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal period. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at help@folliv.com before your next billing date.
Refunds for Returned or Cancelled Orders
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
