At Folliv, we want you to feel genuinely confident in your purchase. This policy explains exactly how our 90-day guarantee works, and how subscriptions and billing work if you choose that option. If anything is unclear, we're just an email away at help@folliv.com.


Return & Refund

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Folliv. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your delivery date whether or not the product has been opened or used.

To qualify:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 90 days of your delivery date (not your order date).
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Only one refund request is permitted per customer or household.

We ask that you use Folliv consistently for at least 30 days before requesting a refund on grounds of dissatisfaction, since the ingredients in Folliv have been studied over weeks and months, not days but this is guidance, not a condition of the guarantee itself.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@folliv.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund on the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Your bank or card provider may require a few additional days to post the amount.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please email help@folliv.com.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Email help@folliv.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short note about your experience

We review all requests within 2 to 3 business days and will walk you through next steps once approved.

Return Shipping

If your refund request requires you to send the product back to us, Folliv covers the cost of return shipping. Our support team will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable postage costs upon approval of your request. Please do not send any item back without prior written approval from our team.


Subscriptions & Cancellations

How Subscription Pricing Works

At checkout, you will see two purchase options for Folliv:

One-time purchase Subscribe & Save
Pay the standard full price Receive a discounted price on every order
No recurring charges Products ship automatically on your chosen frequency
No commitment Special pricing and billing details shown clearly at checkout

By selecting the subscription option, you are agreeing to recurring charges at the discounted rate on your chosen billing cycle until you cancel.

Pre-Shipment Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, contact us at help@folliv.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to intercept the order before it enters fulfilment.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under the Return & Refund terms above.

Order Modifications

Changes to your order such as shipping address, product selection, or quantity may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered fulfilment. Contact us immediately at help@folliv.com with your order number and the change needed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, your cancellation must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date we recommend at least 48 hours before your next charge.

How to cancel:

  • Log in to your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal, or
  • Email help@folliv.com with your order number and a request to cancel before your next billing date.

Once your payment has been processed and your order has entered fulfilment, it falls under the standard Return & Refund terms above rather than the cancellation process.

Already Been Charged for a Renewal?

If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us at help@folliv.com as soon as possible with your order number. We review every case individually and will find a fair resolution your 90-day guarantee applies to this order the same as any other.

Pausing or Adjusting Your Subscription

Not ready to cancel but need a break? You may be able to pause, skip, or adjust your billing frequency through your account portal, or contact our support team and we'll help you find the right option.


Your Statutory Rights (UK Customers)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason, separate from our 90-day guarantee. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're also entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Our 90-day guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, these legal rights.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We make no warranties or representations regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products. Individual results may vary. Folliv is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We're committed to resolving any concern fairly and promptly. If you're dissatisfied with a purchase or believe an error has occurred, please contact us at help@folliv.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, so we have a reasonable opportunity to help.


Policy Abuse

We monitor refund and return activity to protect the fairness of our guarantee for all customers. Repeated refund requests across multiple orders, providing false or misleading information in a request, or multiple requests from the same household beyond the one-per-household limit may result in the denial of current and future requests.
