Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout:

• United Kingdom: Typically 3–5 business days after processing
• European Union: Delivery times vary based on location
• International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your package's delivery progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the UK, VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout — there are no additional customs charges due on delivery for standard UK orders.

For international orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their own country. Folliv is not responsible for these additional fees, and any charges applied are the customer's obligation.

Accurate Shipping Information

An accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments if incorrect shipping information is provided.

If you discover a mistake with your order after submitting it, contact customer support immediately at help@folliv.com. We attempt to process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee we'll be able to amend or cancel an order once it's been placed please double-check your details before completing checkout.
